After a great run of shows at last years’ Vancouver Fringe Fest, Vancouver International Writers Fest + at Vancouver’s Renegade Studios last Friday, “Allegheny, BC (Stupid Boy in an Ugly Town)” is heading east to perform 10 shows in the Winnipeg Fringe Festival.
